Knowledge is power…. and having a starting place for optimal hormonal health is essential to tracking overall success as you embark on your journey.
For your analysis, a blood work kit will be sent to your doorstep! Once your kit has been ordered, you will be emailed directions on how to complete your bloodwork.
Typically results take within 12-14 days. Results will be emailed to you and Makenzie.
You will then schedule your 1 hour analysis, where Makenzie will do a deep dive of your results, explain exactly what each hormone level means, and also provide advice on how to stabilize and optimize your hormonal health.

Pregnancy alone is a huge life changing event, however when you throw type one diabetes into the mix it can feel downright terrifying.
After managing t1d pregnancy and delivery with a <5.5 a1c, Makenzie is passionate about sharing the ins and outs of pregnancy, using nutrition and movement to manage blood sugars, preparing you for delivery, and providing constant support and communication when you have questions or concerns.
