This 1 hr. consultation includes a deep dive into your bloodwork, going over and explaining each level in depth. Discussing symptoms, goals, and a game plan to reach them. After your consultation, you will be emailed a detailed plan including lifestyle, supplementation, nutrition, and movement recommendations to reach your personal goals.

There will be an additional $200 cost for your bloodwork kit.
